SAU TERMS OF SERVICE

The SAU service (“Service”) is provided by SAU2Do Pte. Ltd. (“Provider”). By signing in (filling the Registration form and clicking Submit) below, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and acknowledge that you are over the age of 16.
If you use Service on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Organization. In that case, “you” and “your” may refer to the Organization. Please read these Terms carefully before starting to use Service.
1. Change of Terms of Service
From time to time, Provider may modify the existing terms and/or add new items that apply to Service. For example, Provider may modify the existing terms to reflect changes in the law.
You should check the terms regularly to keep up-to-date. Provider will post information of all modifications to these Terms on the “Legal Information” page and/or notify users by e-mail to the email address provided at registration.
Important: changes will not apply retroactively, and become effective ten (10) days after they are posted on Provider’s website. Changes relating to new functions of Service or made for legal reasons may be effective immediately. You should discontinue your use of Service if you disagree with modified Terms.
2. Privacy Protection
The privacy and personal data management policy explains how Provider collects, processes, uses, and protects your personal data.
3. Your Content in Service
Service allows you to upload, download, and store text, visual, video, audio, and other material (“Content”). You retain right of ownership to any intellectual property contained in such Content. When you upload, store, send or receive Content via Service, you give Provider and its service partners an international license to host, store, upload, and download that Content exclusively for the purpose of providing Service to you and your use of that Content.
4. Service Modification and Termination
Provider may add or remove functionalities or features in the normal course of improving, changing, and/or updating Service. Provider may also suspend or stop Service with prior notice at least ten (10) days before the complete shutdown of Service.
You can opt-out of using Service at any time. Provider may also stop providing Service to you or add new limitations at any time.
5. Use of Service
You must comply with all the rules and terms of Service. You may only use Service in compliance with the law. Provider may conduct an investigation and/or suspend or terminate the provision of Service to you at any time, if it finds out that during your use of Service you violated Terms and/or Service Policy.
The use of Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights to Service or Content you may have access to. You may not use any copyrighted content in Service unless you obtain permission from the content owner and/or other legal permission. Terms do not grant you the right to use any brands or logos used in Service. Service may display logos, trademarks or branded materials not owned by Provider. The use of that sort of content is the sole responsibility of the user.
You must not abuse and/or misuse Service, including but not limited to the following:
using Service for unlawful purposes;
uploading any content to Service in violation of applicable law, including intellectual property and publicity law;
sending unsolicited promotions or advertisements;
accessing Service’s server systems and their unauthorized use;
interfering with the access of any user, host, or network.
Provider will determine abuse and/or misuse of the Service in its sole discretion.
6. Premium Service and Payment
Depending on your needs, you may choose free Service or a paid subscription, which automatically renews at the end of your billing period (“Premium”). Provider does not guarantee that Premium features will at any time be available in the free Service. You can upgrade from free Service to Premium at any time by following instructions on the pricing page (“Pricing”).
During a free trial of Premium you will have access to Premium features. On expiration of the free trial period, you may choose not to opt into Premium; in that case, features available to you will be limited to free Service.
On signing in to the Premium version your account will be charged to the amount listed in the Tariff section. All prices shown in Tariffs are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes, levies, value-added taxes and duties imposed by tax authorities. You are responsible for the payment/processing of all such taxes, levies, and duties.
Special info for Premium subscriptions made on Apple devices:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase;
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period;
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period;
Subscription may be managed (including auto-renewal params) in the user's Account Settings after purchase.
BY PURCHASING THE PREMIUM TARIFF YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT PROVIDER’S REFUND POLICY:
WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF YOUR PREMIUM TARIFF PAYMENT DATE AS SHOWN IN YOUR INVOICE, YOU CAN CONTACT PROVIDER AND REQUEST A FULL REFUND. NO REFUND OF ANY KIND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON EXPIRATION OF TEN (10) DAYS FROM YOUR PREMIUM TARIFF PAYMENT DATE.
7. Limited Liability in respect of Service
Service is provided on the “as is” basis. You acknowledge that you expressly understand and accept the following:
To the extent permitted by law, Provider and its service partners, licensors, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any lost profit, revenue or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred under any circumstances.
By purchasing and using Service, you assume all related risk.
Provider does not warrant that:
Service will always meet all your requirements;
Service will be error-free and all errors in Service will be corrected;
Service will be interruption-free.
All content downloaded, uploaded, and/or otherwise obtained through the use of Service will be obtained by you at your own discretion and risk, and you will bear full responsibility for any damage to your equipment or devices, as well as for any data loss resulting from downloading or using any abovementioned materials.
