On the SAU.app web portal, you can search through all tasks and projects you have access to. The search is carried out by title and description, with a minimum search query length of 3 characters.
In the search results, information about the found projects and tasks is displayed in separate blocks. By default, the search covers everywhere - in current tasks, in done ones, and even in the archive.
To find a project:
  1. On the gray panel on the left, click the button
  2. Type a part of the project's name or a keyword from its description in the search field
  3. Click the search button or press the Enter key
  4. It may take some time (several seconds) if you have a lot of projects
Next to the search button , you can choose where to conduct your search – in current projects, in the archive, or everywhere.
To find a task:
  1. On the gray panel on the left, click the button
  2. Type a part of the task's name or a keyword from its description in the search field
  3. Click the search button or press the Enter key
  4. It may take some time (several seconds) if you have a lot of projects
Next to the search button , you can choose where to conduct your search – in current projects, in the archive, or everywhere.
All the found tasks will be displayed in the list below the search field. If a task appears semi-transparent, it means that the task is in an archived project. Here, you can immediately mark the task as done or change its deadline. Click on the task's name to open its card.
The search area is current (non-archive, non-bin) projects and their tasks, by default. You can change the search area switching between Current, Archived and All data.
To change the area of the search:
  1. On the gray panel on the left, click the button
  2. Type a part of the project's name or a keyword from its description in the search field
  3. Near the search button choose from the dropdown menu the area of the search (current, archived, or all projects).
  4. Click the search button or press the Enter key
  5. It may take some time (several seconds) if you have a lot of projects
